QUALITY, GUEST SATISFACTION, FOOD AND ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY POLICY

We believe that we can demonstrate our quality in the Tourism and Hotel Sector with the importance we give to guest satisfaction. We regularly monitor the satisfaction of our guests and effectively fulfill the service we offer in accordance with the Quality, Guest Satisfaction, Environmental Safety Management System requirements in line with guest requests and suggestions.

We take care that every service provided in our facility monitors the safety and health of our employees and guests; in order to ensure that this understanding is made effective, we adopt the principle of working in line with the goals we have established regarding Quality, Guest Satisfaction, and Environmental Safety.

In our facility, we fulfill the Environmental Legal Legislation and guest requirements in order to protect nature and prevent the impacts we give to the environment during our activities. We undertake to contribute to the separation and disposal of all kinds of waste generated during our activities in accordance with the legal legislation and to keep unnecessary water, electricity, energy and chemical consumption under control.

In the purchasing processes, suppliers are selected and evaluated by taking into account environmental factors.

We collect and measure all kinds of waste coming out of our facility according to their characteristics, provide temporary storage, recovery, disposal and control after disposal processes. We organize our personnel training periodically to ensure the use of the right amount of chemicals in the right place, and provide the necessary equipment and storage conditions.

We follow and apply technological developments in order to ensure the correct use of natural resources.

We regularly monitor our water, electricity and chemical consumption, and apply corrective and improving activities in case of deviations.

We inform our guests about all sustainable environmental studies we carry out as a hotel. We encourage and invite them to our social and community studies and ask for their encouragement. We receive their feedback in order to go even better with our questions under the environmental heading in the guest satisfaction surveys.
